Refund policy
14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee
We want our customers to feel confident about their purchase; therefore, all products (except our printed items [T-Shirts, Mugs etc.] and embroidered items, which are all manufactured to order) are covered by our 14-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase ,please return it within 14 days of receipt, using original packaging material, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.
Should an item arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. If you do not notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order, we will not be liable for these damages or replacement. You must retain all packaging and provide proof by sending images of damage including the packaging.
Lost Orders:
At Divers Gifts we always obtain Proof of Posting Certificates which can be supplied upon request. Depending on which postal service you choose and pay for dictates how we can assist with lost orders.
- Non tracked/non-signed orders. If you choose this cheaper service, unfortunately, we cannot supply replacements or refunds or amend delivery dates, locations, or times. Once dispatched delivery is out of our control.
- Tracked and signed orders need to be reported missing within 3 calendar months of the posting date. This is the limit dictated by Royal Mail as the period in which a claim can be raised, outside of these dates we cannot supply replacements or refunds.
Return Service Procedure:
- Please submit a Return Request via email at sales@diversgifts.com, and attach clear photos of the item that represent a quality issue or damage.
- You will receive an email within 24 hrs providing you with return/replacement instructions.
- Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and an exchange/replacement has been shipped to you, if requested. If you are to receive a partial or full refund, please note it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the credited funds to reflect on your account used during checkout.
- NOTE: Return Procedures are different for International Customers (outside of the UK), it is imperative you contact us prior to return or it may be refused.
