Russian GKS-3 Ex Soviet Navy Mixed-Gas Diving Helmet
This helmet is used and has some provinance, it's not one of the more recent 'made to sell' Russian helmets. Dated around 1954-62.

History: The GKS helmet was designed for diving at depths between 60 and 200 metres. GKS-3 (when translated) stands for Helium Oxygen Equipment 3. It is unknown when the first GKS-3 was taken into service by the Russian Navy, but the earliest manual available on the GKS-3 is dated 1954 (and marked SECRET). This helmet model was succeded by the modified version; the GKS-3-M.
